Hot Stamping

In the hot stamping process, text or images that have been preprinted on metallized foil are directly transferred onto the sustainable container. One of the key advantages of our technology is that the prior step of subjecting the glass to high temperatures in an oven is no longer necessary, all while maintaining impeccable quality and vibrant colors of the transferred image.

Crackled Finish

The crackle finish is an artistic touch applied to bottles, imparting a distinctive cracked or crackled texture to the surface. This effect is achieved while the bottle piece is still hot by plunging it into cold water, creating a rapid and dramatic temperature shift that induces cracking. Subsequently, the bottle is reheated to smooth and strengthen it, resulting in an irregular pattern of crackling.

Screen Printing

In our screen printing method, ceramic paint is directly applied to the bottle's surface and then fired in a furnace. This process allows us to encompass the design 360 degrees around the bottle, surmounting the constraints often encountered with conventional paper labeling.
